Happy Smiles Floating Restaurant LLC will not deal with any product or provide any Service which is against UAE Law.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By Accessing and Using www.happysmiles.ae, You Agree To Comply With And Be Bound By The Following Terms & Conditions. These Terms Govern All Bookings, Services, And Interactions With Our Platform.

2. Booking & Payment:

Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via major credit/debit cards Cash on arrival and bank transfers.
Pricing: All prices are listed in AED and are subject to change without prior notice.
Deals: All Deals which are valid on daily basis are not valid on Special Events

3. Refunds/Cancellations:

We Happy Smiles rely on our customers, to choose carefully and ensure that the deal you select suits your needs, timing and redemption ability. If you decide over time that your voucher is no longer of interest we recommend you to share to some group buying lovers and gift it to a friend or family member.

Please note that refunds are not applicable in the following cases: – If you make a booking and unable to reach on time, Date of booking. – If you change your plans – If you cite personal reasons – If you purchase wrong voucher. (Can replace by discussing through whatsapp 00971557285588)

If you face any Problem in any of our Services, Please Call Immediately at the number provided in Confirmation Message or Email to resolve the Issue on the spot. (If you are failed to contact on spot, We will not taking any responsibility later then booking date)

4. Amendments & Modifications:

Customer-Initiated Changes: Requests to modify bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour. All changes are subject to availability.
Company-Initiated Changes: We reserve the right to modify or cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or operational issues. In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative date or a refund.

5. Modification or No Show:

If you make any booking with us and you received confirmation on your requested date from our side, that’s mean your booking is confirm. You can make change 24 hours before through Email happysmilesdubai@gmail.com or by whatsApp 00971557285588. if you are failed before 24 hours from date of tour. your booking will be considered as no show.

6. Customer Responsibilities:

Arrival Time: Customers are required to arrive at the designated meeting point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
Health & Safety: Participants must ensure they are medically fit to undertake the tour. Any health conditions should be disclosed at the time of booking.
Conduct: We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual whose conduct is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

7. Liability & Insurance:

Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal items during the tour.
Insurance: It is recommended that customers obtain appropriate travel insurance to cover unforeseen events.

8. Force Majeure:

We Shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our Control, Including but not limited to Natural Disasters, Acts of War, Pandemics, or Governmental Restrictions.

9. Intellectual Property:

All Content on www.happysmiles.ae, Including Text, Graphics, Logos, and Images, Is The Property of Happy Smiles Floating Restaurant and is Protected by Applicable Intellectual Property Laws. Unauthorized use of any Content is Strictly Prohibited.
